Brooklyn Style Foundation (BSF) was founded in 2004 as an incubator for Brooklyn's explosive creative talent. BSF's mission is to assist emerging, low-income designers in honing their talent and nurturing their entrepreneurial endeavors, to cultivate a vibrant fashion industry in Brooklyn, and to provide educational opportunities for Brooklyn's youth. BSF produces two Brooklyn Fashion Week{end}s per year to showcase up-and-coming talent, and regularly hosts other special events as well.
